At for a different area. That might not be a bad idea, but I don't see another area for Tall Elk on my map. I'm beginning to think that the animal map is useless. I have had no issues with the map at all. I just went to a certain area, walked around until I found the animal I wanted them killed it. Try leaving the area then returning.
